LOL wow, talk about flipping the script! Johnny is the LAST guy i would expect to see in a Lifetime movie (unless he's planning on being the bad guy. .
.again. . .
 lol) Normally i hate touchy-feely Lifetime movies, but if
Johnny-cake is gonna be in it, then i'll watch it for sure! Ever since he guest starred in CSI:Miami a few months ago i've been waiting to see him in
something new (its hard to find alot of his other movies online) come to think of it, i cant even find any recent interviews with him online either. .
. (he's voice has gotten kinda soft now, i cant believe
it ) anywho. . .be sure to keep us posted on what the name of the movie
is, who/what is character is, and when the movie is gonna come out, k?

Hey this is great news that Johnny will be doing a movie for Lifetime, those stories are always good. I hope that he gets a chance to play a nice guy this
time. When you find out what the name of the movie is and when it will air I am sure those of us who love Johnny will appreciate hearing. Thanks for the

Okay, had some more info passed along and I have a correction to make. Johnny is currently on set shooting a movie for the Hallmark cable channel and it
is titled "A Soldier's Love Story", where of course Johnny plays the soldier and his love interest is actress Lori Loughlin. I say it's about time the man was cast in a romance!

wow am I glad to hear that it is a romance movie, it is about time. I can not wait until it shows I just know that Johnny will be great and he will get the
chance to show what a great actor he is. When you find out the date PLEASE post it so we can make a note to put it on the calendar to watch.

AWWWW MAN, NOT A ROMANCE MOVIE!!!!! *groans* ugh, . . .i hate touchy-feely romantic/chick flicks in the first
place, now they're gonna take my favorite hot male actor and put him in one. . .?! i'm REALLY gonna have to think about if i wanna watch this one or
not. . . . (maybe i'll read the synopsis when its closer to being finished and decide from there) no offense, but i never EVER pictured johnny doing any
type of role like that. . .*whinces* i actually prefer him being rowdy and blowing up stuff, etc, etc. i even prefer him when he does comedies (cuz those are
the ones he does the least). . .oh well, at least this just proves that he's good at throwing his weight around, ya know? :-) also kinda shows that under
all that in-your-face-testoserone stuff, he's actually quite a softie at times^_^ still love him, still hate touchy-feely Hallmark/Lifetime movies. . .to
tell you the truth i was actually kinda hoping that he'd guest star again on Law and Order:SVU (thats my favorite performance of his so far) *shrugs* oh

Yeah but he has already done all of that blowing up and in you face type roles, and done them well,
that is why I am eagerly looking forward to watching him in something way different, yup a romance. Here is a summary: A Soldier's Love Story: "A young boy's letter to a soldier serving overseas forever changes lives. Through a series of letters, Jared Marshall and Sgt. Vince Carerra bond over a love of baseball. Jared reveals his loneliness and estrangement from his dad after his parents divorce. When Vince returns home, he meets Jared and his mother, Dana (Lori Loughlin, 90210). The two begin to fall in love. Complications arise when Vince gets his orders to deploy. CITI: 50 percent. (60 percent if Vince is hot.)

I am so glad to hear that he will be playing a romantic role, yeah he is good at playing the bad guy and shooting people, but this kind of role will show
the other side of the actor and I believe with his good looks that he will be HOT. All actors need to do different roles or they will stero type the man and
he will be very limited to what they have him play. This kind of role will open him up to all kinds of roles. Who knows this might even be his break out
movie and other producers will take notice and realize his range of acting. |

Omg, I have to see this movie when it comes on Tv it sounds really really good. And i'm sure JM will do a really amazing person in this movie. dont get me
wrong i love the blowing up stuff and so on but this really gives people a chance to look at this guy a whole new and wonderful way it also shows his soft
caring loving side this guy has. It also shows a lot of people in hollywood what this man can do and what he can pull off.
By any chance anyone know it this is goanna come out to DVD? I would love to grab this up |

LOL guess i'm the only one thats still not all that thrilled *shrugs* i dont mind him not doing a mind blowing movie or playing the good guy for a change,
but like i said, i would've rather seen him in a comedy than a romantic flick
 i guess its just the tomboy in me hehehe sorry folks, but i just REALLY hate romantic movies of any kind, really, they're just so boring. . .
 but hey, if johnny's happy, than i'm happy too, this is just
one flick of his that i wont be a fan of, but i'll always be one of his biggest fans!!

myself for the verbal bashing that i thought was gonna come with my last comment but i'm actually surprised by your kind reply hehehe but yea, i still love
JM, and who knows, its like someone else said, maybe he just chose this role as a chance to prove himself because he was tired of being looked over as an
actor (CUZ I KNOW I SURE AM!!! ) i mean seriously, johnny is one of the
most versatile actors i've ever seen. . .he's been a thug (twice), a detective (twice), a murderer/rapist(his scariest role to date), a soldier, the
hot/goofy boyfriend. . . .not to mention he's worked with countless famous celebrities, i mean c'mon hollywood, what more do you need?! but you know
what, if doing a foofy love story movie is what it takes for him to get recognized and taken seriously, then hell ya, i'm all for it! (i'm still
probably not gonna watch it though lol) but hopefully some ppl in high places will he's a great actor and such a great person too, i'll always be his fan and wish him the best of luck
